met in regular session. 4

'j Nelson & Litten Cormiunication from Nelson and Litten requesting that License
Pool Room License. for Pool Room at 212 Main Street be issued in their names
' 212 Main Street. instead of Nelson and Lucas, the latter having sold his

Clerks resignation Resigna,tInn of Chas. R. Nutt, was read and laid over to

Harry Lee Chief of Polize Tinsley recommended ,Harry Lee- be appointed
Appointed Life Guard with a salary of $150'.00 per mouth and it was

appointment be confirmed. Carried.
Tract Maps,293,275,Maps of. Blaylock Tract #298 and Chris Nelsons Tracts 275,
2929 2939 294 & 2950 292, 293, 294 & 295 were presented for approval and were
Approved approved on motion by Trustee Andrews seconded by Trustee
Obarr.
Re-assessment The Superintendent of Streets then presented the re-.assessrr*nt
2nd & 3rd Sts. made byfhim covering the assessment recorded May ,5, 1922 for
Lake Avenue and the work described in resolution of Intention 71365.
Alleys 1104,. 203 & On motion by Trustee Obarr duly seconded and carried the
204 presented. iOth day of July, 1922, at the hour of 8.00, P. M. at the,
Clerk to advertise. ' Council Chamber of said Board of Trustees in the City Hall
was fixed as� the time and place for a hearing before it on
the matter of said re-assessment and the Clerk was directed
to advertise the time and place of such hearing in the man-
ner and form required by law in the newspaper in which the
notice of award of contract for said improvement was pub-
lished.
