Pursuant to adjournment October 2nd, a meeting was
called to order at 7 :30 p. m.

ROLL CALL : Trustees present - Onson, Obarr, Andrews, Drew

Application for permit to cut curb for the gasoline

heard of the proposed erection of the gasoline station he was.
very much opposed, but after some investigation of the proposed
plan of Mr. Koontz, he was not so strongly opposed. .Mr. Koontz
was then invited to present his side of the case and after hear-
ing all interested parties , motion was offered by Trustee Obarr j
seconded by Trustee Onson, that permit be granted to cut the
curb on lots 1 and 2, block 106, being the location_ under dis-
cussion. Carried.

It appearing that the aggregate of the lowest bids would ! ��
exceed the amount available from the proceeds of the bonds issued ( !
for the erection of these buildings after making an allowance for r
sufficient funds to furnish the buildings, upon motion of Trustee
Macklin, seconded by Trustee Obarr, the Board voted to lay all
bids over until Monday night, 7:30 p. m. , October 9th, 1922, in
order that ample time might be had for analysis of bids submitted.
11otion by Trustee Andrews, seconded by Trustee Macklin
that the Board adjourn until Monday, October 9th, 1922, at 7:30 p.m.
