OF OIL STATION owners having signed protest against an oil station on this AT 6TH & OCEAN property, President Drew invited any interested persons pre- STREETS: sent to present their objections to granting of the permit, and Mr. Shro`sbee addressed the Board, stating that when he first heard of the proposed erection of the gasoline station he was. very much opposed, but after some investigation of the proposed plan of Mr. Koontz, he was not so strongly opposed. .Mr. Koontz was then invited to present his side of the case and after hear- ing all interested parties , motion was offered by Trustee Obarr j seconded by Trustee Onson, that permit be granted to cut the curb on lots 1 and 2, block 106, being the location_ under dis- cussion.
