ROLL CALL : Trustees present - Onson, ®barn, Andrews , Drew if absent - Macklin The minutes of the meeting for the month of February were read and on motion by Trustee Onson, seconded by Obarr, approved. Trustee Macklin arrived at 8:30 p. m. REPORTS READ: Regular reports of the City Treasurer, City Clerk, City Recorder, and Building Inspector, were read, and on motion by Trustee Onson, seconded by Trustee Macklin, were approved. COMf,UNICATIONS: Communication signed by F. M. Pryor was read, asking for appointment as janitor for the new city buildingb Same was ordered placed on file for later consideration. Communication was read signed by Fenton Chaplin, offering his services in conducting a census of the city. No action was taken on this proposal at this time. RECESS A short recess was taken to allow President Drew time to complete the signing of the warrants approved by the Finance C ommi�t tee.
