City Hall , September 17 , 1923.
Pursuant.: to adjournment, September 13, the regular
4% REGULAR meeting was called to order at 8:Od P. Id. by President
Drew.

ROLL CALL '.Trustees present, Onson, Macklin, Andrews , Drew.
Trustees absent Obarr.

The request of the Antlers . Club for permission to
ANTLERS CLUB use the Auditorium for a dance September 27th, was grant-
DANCE ed on motion by Trustee Onson, seconded by Trustee Irzacklin.
Application of the Huntington Beach Athletic Club, ac-
companied by $5. 00 was presented, asking for permission
to hold a boxing exhibition, to be held. September 21st, at
BOXING EXHIBITION 214 ,5th Street.
On motion. by Trustee Onson, seconded by Trustee Macklin
permit was granted.
MACKLIN ON President Drew appointed Trustee Macklin to act on the
FINANCE COMTTEE finance Committee in the absence of Trustee Obarr.
TRUSTEE OBARR Trustee Obarr arrived at 8:30 P. tv..

On motion regularly put and carried , bills approved by
the finance committee were allowed as follows :

A map of Tract j�550 was presented and on motion by
TRACT #550 Trustee Ivlacklin-secor_ded by Trustee Onson, same .was
APPROVED approved.
On motion by Trustee Obarr, seconded by Trustee Onson
BOaINGS TAKEN the City Engineer eras instructed to have borings taken
FRO.JI OCEAN from the Ocean beyond the end of the pier.
On motion by Trustee Obarr, seconded by Trustee Macklin
the Board was adjourned.
