A communication from the California Willite Road Construct- ion Company was read,, stating that it is probable in the Communication near future that they would have arrangements made whereby Calif. This communication was accepted and placed on file on motion by Trustee Onson seconded by Trustee Andrews. On motion by Trustee Onson seconded by Trustee Obarr the proposal was accepted , subject to the lease now in effect on this property between Mr. Ben Schwartz and the City of Hunting- ton Beach. Y 45 degree -parking Trustee Obarr brought up the matter of 45 degree parking on Ordinance amended .that portion of Main Street between Orange Avenue and the in- tersection of Fifth Street with Main Street, it being his opinion that this was dangerous practice because of the turn in the street, and ,a motion by Trustee Obarr seconded by Trustee Onson was carried instructing the City Attorney to draw an amendment to Ordinance 4266, Sub-division B Section I , to provide for ;. 45 degree parking on Main Street, between Ocean Avenue and Orange Avenue and provide for parallel parking on Main Street between Orange and Magnolia Avenue. Concrete conduit A motion by 'trustee Onson seconded by Trustee Mabklin was on second Street. passed instructing the Street Superintendent to install concrete conduit across Ocean Avenue at Second Street.
