Trustees present, Onson, T,iacklin, Obarr Andrews , Drew. Roll Call Trustees absent, None . Section 3. The said Board of 1rustees her eby"furth-er "declares I its intention to cause such census to be taken by one or more suitable , persons to be appointed therefore by the said Boa. d of Trustees. Such census shall be taken of all the inhabitants of the City of Huntington Beach, Orange County, California, and. in said censtis the full name of each person shall be plainly s.,�ritten and the manes alphabetically arranged and regularly numbered in one complete series and when completed shall be verified before €jny officer authorized to administer tiny oaths and shall be filed with the Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach. Section 40 That :the following na,:.aed persons are hereby appointed by the said Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach to tb.ke the census of said City as herein provided . E. W. A certified copy of such census shall be prepared by the City Clerk of the City of HfIntington Beach after the same is filed as hereinabove provided and shall be filed by him with the Secretary of State of the State of '("alifornia and thereupon the same shall be known as the official census of the City of Huntington Beach. Section 7. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution, shall cause a record of its passage to be entered into the minutes of the meeting at which the vj�as so passed and adooted .
