NOES: Trustees , None ABSENT : Trustees , None RESOLUTION No 418 The Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach do resolve as follows: Copy of resolution Wheras, the Board of Trustees of the City of Huntington Beach have heretofore advertised for bids for doing the follow- , ing described work, as required by law; and whereas , pursuant to such advertising, the said Board of Trustees of said City duly received , opezled , and examined said bids for doing the following work, and whereas the said Board duly and regularly ^� rejected all bids received for said work; NOW THEREFO.�E, the said Board of Trustees , by -more than � a four fifths vote of all its member does hereby determine and delcare that in its opinion the work of excavating, grading and repairing the pavement of Delaware Avenue in said City, from the South line of Seventeenth Street to the South line of Frankfort Street, whereever the same is broken, with asphaltic concrete patches , maybe performed more economically by day oa labor, and the materials or supplies furnished at a lower price in the open market, - , And the said Board does hereby further declare that tjrey lwill.'.pfoceed to have the said work done in the manner stated.
