City Hell June 17, 1924
Pursuant to adjournment June 16, the regular meeting was called to order at
Regular 1:30 P.M. by President Ridenour.
Roll Call All Trustees present.
Various applications for City Engineer was then taken up and after discussion
Applications of the merits and demerits of employing an Engineer on percentage basis, Trustee
� .� for City Boster seconded by Trustee Macklin moved to eliminate all applications made on a

Vote taken on Trustee Drew seconded by Trustee Ilacklin moved that a vote be taken on the
three applications-applications of Thomas Berry, Merwin Rosson and E. M. Billings, which resulted
as follows:
Thomas Berry: Trustees Macklin, Drew

Vote taken on Trustee Drew seconded by Trustee Wharton then moved that a vote be taken on

r Unanimous vote Trustee Drew seconded by Trustee Macklin then moved that the unanimous vote
cast for E. M. of the Board be cast for E. a. Billings as City Engineer, Street Superintendent
Billings as City and Building Inspector at the same salary as is now in effect for these positions,
