REGULAR Regular meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 P. M. by
President Ridenour.

ing the proposed work on Orange Avenue. After considerable
discussion Trustee Drew, seconded by Trustee Macklin moved
that the petition be referred to the Clerk and Engineer, for
checking ownership of the signers and the percentage of area
represented on the petition as compared with the: area of the
district to be assessed.
