Trustee Drew stated that he would like very much to see this
action unanimous in view of the fact that the Board of Trustee
prior to the City Election had pledged their unanimous support
to the Armistice Day- Celebration and that in as much as it
involved not only a patriotic duty, it also applied to civic
pride and that he •would dislike very much to have the word go
out in the county that the entire Board was not behind the celb-
bration. Trustee Boster stated that he approved of the celebra-
tion but did not approve of some of the amounts sh oivn on the
budget and did not believe that it would require $5,000.00.
The President informed him that the motion as put provided that
the bills would be paid for any amount under $5,000.00 and in
his judgment this should eliminate such an objection. This
having been explained to the satisfaction of Trustee Boster
he expressed a de'si re to change his vote. Trustee Drew, second-
ed by Trustee Macklin moved that the motion be reconsidered and
the Clerk instructed to call the roll. The vote was as follows.
