The regular meeting was called to order at 7 :30 PM by President
Ridenour.

approved The minutes for the month of January were read and approved on
motion by Trustee Wharton seconded by Trustee Dunning.
Reports Various monthly reports read and approved.
The advertising report was approved on motion by Trustee Dunning
seconded by Trustee Wharton.

Junk yatd establishment on California Street signed by G Ni Taylor,Martin Engle
and W A Snoke was presented.on motion by Trustee Dunning seconded by
Trustee Boste r, this application was refereed to the Chief of Police
with instructions to grant a temporary permit upon evidence that the
immediate neighbors of Mr Taylor had no objections to the maintenance
of such a business in that location.
Hearing This b&ing the time for hearing objections to the issuance of
on the bonds covering unpaid assessments for the construction of the sanitary
asses •mentgewer described in diagram 19B , the Clerk advised the Board that no
of East objections had been filed but the Street Superintendent had received
side sewerpayment on nine (9) assessments subsequent to the filing of a
supplemental list by the contractors assignee and requested instructions
for the release of these assessments.
Therefore, Trustee Drew seconded by Trustee Wharton moved that the
Street Superintendent be ordered to release assessments nos 59,60,61,
62,179,181,183,185 and 456 appearing on warrant issued to Mike Radish
Contractor and shown on assessment diagram. 19B.
Res No There having been no objections filed to the issuance of. bonds
548 covering the unpaid assessments for the construction of sanitary sewer
orderingshown on diagram 19B, the Clerk read Resolution No 548 authorizing the
Bonds is . uance of these bonds, a copy of which is- on file in the office
of the Clerk and on motion by Trustee Boster seconded by Trustee
Dunning was passed and adopted by- the following vote :
Ayes Trustees Wharton,Dunning,Boete r, Drew and Ridenour
Noes None
Absent None.
