On motion by Trustee Mitchell seconded by Trustee Harris the Dumb �'otgry City Engineer was authorized to grant permission to C E Hauenstein mud and T I McLaughlin to dump rotary mud off the bluff near the intersection of .Atlanta and Huntington Avenue, and to continue to do so subject to revocation and discontinuance on action of the Board.
