Pursuant to adjournment of October 6th,1926, the meeting was
called to order by President Boster, at 7 :00 o 'clock PM.

Trustees Absent : Ridenour Wharton
Arpointmmnt -of On motion by Trustee Harris, seconded by Trustee Mitchell and
S T E_l ectioncarried the appointment of the following election officers to serve
officers at the Special 11unicipal Election on November 16th,1926,was confirmed
by the following vote :

Election officers for the Special Municipal Election to be

T The Clerk read an application of Ire J Mitchell to erect a.nd
ent Show conduct a tent show on lots 2, 4 and 6 Block 205 for one week

by Trustee Mitchell and carried permission was granted to issue
permit under -supervision of the City Engineer and building inspector.
On motion by Trustee Harris seconded by Trustee Mitchell the
Remove m.ree^ City Engineer was authorized to employ I1ir Underwood on contract to
Detroit five remove approximately 35 trees from a portion of Detroit Street at
a total contract price of y�100.
On motion by Trustee Mitchell seconded by Trustee Harris the
Dumb �'otgry City Engineer was authorized to grant permission to C E Hauenstein
mud and T I McLaughlin to dump rotary mud off the bluff near the
intersection of .Atlanta and Huntington Avenue, and to continue to
do so subject to revocation and discontinuance on action of the Board.

Pacific Electric Railway and the Southern Paciffic ailway for a
crossing at Hartford Street near Alabama

OA motion by Trustee tyrharton seconded by Trustee narris, that the
Pac E!.eet City Attornay be instructed to negotiate with the Pacific Electric
Railway Company for the installation of an electric crossing signal
Crossing at the crossing of First Street was put ard carried.

No 6565 was approved; allowed' and ordered paid.
There being no further business to come befote the Board at
Adjourned this time on- motion by Trustee Wharton seconded by Trustee Harris
__ and carried the Board adjourned until 7 :00 oclock PM Monday
