Roll call Councilmen present: Boster, Andrews, Mitchell, Shank, Harris. The Clerk read the reports oft: ty Treasurer, Clerk, Engineer and Rblice Judge, and on motion by Councilman Shank, Monthly reports seconded by Mitchell aame were approved as read. At this time, 7:15 PM the Mayor declared a short recess to Recess audit demands. The meeting was again called to order at 7:30 PM by Mayor Boster. Boxing Exhibition On motion by Shank seconded by Harris the application of the approved Huntington Beach Athletic Club to conduct a boxing exhibition was approved and the Clerk . authorized to issue permit.
