City Bali, Dec 19th, 1927
Pursuant to adjournment , the meeting was called to order at
7 PM by Mayor Boster.
Roll Call Councilmen present, Andrews, Mitchell , Shank, Harris, Boster.
The application of Clyde Musgrave to keep dancing hall open to
Dance Hall applbcati,2 AM during holidays was on motion by Shank seconded by Harris 1
approved. approved, provided that the practice be discontinued January 3rd, 1928.
On motion by Harris seconded by Shank, the appointment of
Appoint patrolman W L Evans, police patrolman was confirmed.
The application of Mrs H S Fisher to conduct restaurant at

The City Controller was authorized and directed to approve order
Shirts & type-writer for 16 woolen shirts and a $45 used typewriter for the fire dept. ,
for Fire D-pt. on motion by Harris seconded by Shank.
The Clerk gave Ordinance No 311 providing for House Movers license
Ord. # 311 its second and last reading at this time and on motion by Harris '
passed. and adopted seconded *by Mitchell same was passed and adopted by the following vote:
Ayes Councilmen, Andrews, Mitchell , Shank, Harris, Boster.

Ord # 312 first readi ,gOrdinance No 312 was given its first reading at this time. ,
On motion by Shank seconded by Harris the application of John
Permit to :move house Parker to move .shadll stucco house to lot 7 Block 102 was referred
referred to Building to the Building inspector with the permission to Issue the permit
Inspector provided same was in accordance with Ordinance now in force, motion
put and carried unanimously. _
A discussion followed relative to street department sub-foremen
St. Dent sub-foreman and mechanic for caring for City lights. No action was taken` , . the
discussed consensus of opinion being that L E Hill should be transferred to
the Street department as sub-foreman under the Street Supt at a.'
rate of 75 cents per hour, and that Fred Riley be put in charge of
lights under the City EngineerMp.t rate of $150.00 per month be-
ginning January 1st, 1928, butnsubject to $L approval of the City.
Engineer and Street Superintendent.
Demands paid On motion by Harris seconded by Andrews demands numbered
9033-A to 9064 hclusive were approved and ordered paid.
