Pursuant to adjournment of "ctober, 15 , the Council was called to order at 7:30 .P111 by Mayor Bowen: Councilmen present : Bowen, Butcher , Mitchell , Conrad. Councilman absent : Harris. On motion by Conrad seconded by Butcher , the appointment of Gelzer appointed G M Gelzer as special officer at the rate of $5 .00 per day was special officer confirmed. Appointment made by City Engineer and Chief of Police jointly. A ::The surety bond of J IV Me Intosh, garbage collector was Garbage bond accepted a;nd ordered filed, on motion by Conrad seconded by Mitchell. The Clerk informed the Council that C J Mills & Son, Chas Mills clothing firm had objected to posting $100 bond as required in License the license ordinance, and asked for an interpretation of the ordinance. Ile request was referred to the City Attorney for report November 5th. On motion by Conrad seconded by Butcher the Council adjourned.
