M I N U T E S
City Hall , Apl 15th, 1929
Pursuant to adjournment of April 8th, the Council was called
to order at 7:30 p.m. by Mayor Bowen.
Councilmen present: Bowen, Butcher , Conrad., Mitchell
.y Councilmen absent: Harris.
C P Patton, representing the local real estate board.
addressed the Council and asked. for the sum of 060.00 to cover
Adv.- in State advertising in the State Real Estate Journal , stating that the
realesta.te journal was an annual number and would. reach all sections of the
Journal State and many parts of the United States . The request was
referred to the Music end Promotion Committee.
Engineer' s The Clerk read a copy of Engineer Rosson' s proposed
Main st lighting specifications for prospective bidders on Main Street lights ,
specifications forand after some amendments ; on motion by Conrad seconded by
prospective Butcher same was approved as__ amended..

The proposal of Bill Ebert to purchase Auto camp buildings
Auto Camp was referred to the Musid and Promotion Committee.
The Clerk gave Ordinance No. 326 its second and last reading,
Ord 326 , time and on motion by Conrad seconded by Mitchell Ordinance No. 326
o-f meeting of _ was passed and adopted by the following vote:

Ayes Butcher, Conrad, . Mitchell , Bowen;
Noes None
Absent Harris.
Attorney Blod.get asked for additional time in which to
Palladino prepare papers covering transfer of lots to Joe Palladino.
On motion by Mitchell seconded by Conrad, demands numbered.
�< Bills 1193 ,-94 and -95 were approved and ordered paid.
On motion by Conrad seconded by Mitchell the Council
adjourned until 7: 30 PM. Monday April 22nd, 1929.
