City Hall Friday,April 8th, 1932.
Pursuant to adjournment of April 4th, the City Council met and
was called to order at 10:00 AM by Mayor Conrad.
Councilmen present; Huston, Stevens, King, Conrad.
Councilmen absent; Butcher.
The Chair appointed Councilman Stevens on the Finance committee
on account of the absence of Councilman Butcher.
On motion by Stevens seconded by King the Mayor and City Clerk
were authorized on behalf of the City to enter into a contract
employing Attorney D. G. Wettlin as special attorney to represent
the City in the case of L.W.Blodget against the City Council, the
City of Huntington Beach and certain other City officials.
On motion by Huston seconded by King demands approved by the
Finance committee were ordered paid.
On -motion by Huston seconded by Stevens the surety bond of
the City Treasurer was ordered increased to'$50,000 pursuant to
recommendations of R. D. Crenshaw & Company, auditors.
On motion by Huston seconded by King the Council adjourned
until 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 13th.

until 7:30 PM Monday, April 18th.
