City Hall, Thursday December 22d, 1932.
Pursuant to adjournment of December 19th, the Council met
and was called to order at 7:00 PM.
Councilmen present; Marion, Huston, Stevens, King, Conrad.
Councilmen absent ; None.
Ord. #3 7 The Clerk gave License Ordinance No. 357 its first reading
at this time.
Golf Course The Clerk presented and read. applications of Allair Bros.,
Skiffington and Stricklin; and Gordon Talbert, also the verbal
application of John Africa, for permission to lease the Municipal Golf
Course at a nominal rental. Matter deferred to next meeting of the
Council.
Delinquent The City Clerk presented a, list showing a number of
derrick License
individuals and companies who are delinquent five months and more in
the payment of derrick license. The Clerk informed the Council that
derricks had been posted and that numerous bills had been rendered
without results, and asked the Council to advise whether or not the pro-
visions of the Ordinance governing delinquent payments should. be
enforced.
The matter was referred to Chairman Marion of the Oil and
Industries Committee to confer with City Attorney and report his re-
commendations at next meeting or in the near future.
On motion by Stevens seconded by Marion demands approved

by the Finance Committee were ordered paid.
On motion by Huston seconded by Marion the Council ad-
journed until 7:30 PM Tuesday December 2 th, 1932.

There being no quorum present the Clerk adjourned the
meeting of the City Council until PPS%hay December 30th., 1932.
