City Hall, Wednesday May 3rd, 1933.
Pursuant to adjournment of May 2nd, the City Council met and
wascalled to order at 11;'00 AM by Mayor Conrad.
Councilmen present; Huston, Stevens, King, Conrad.
Councilmen absent t Marion.
Bocr peri,_,it On motion by Stevens, seconded by Huston, the application.of
Al Travis for Class No.l License to sell beer at 302 - 8th Street
was approved.

The application of William H. Orens for license to sell beer
under License permit Class No.l, at 912 Ocean Avenue, was approved
on motion by King seconded by Huston.
Golf Signs The Clerk was directed to inform Stricklin and Stri.cklin
that they might use the City's golf sign boards until further notice.
GUuu-uvi11 On motion by King seconded by Stevens the application of the,
permit Good -Will Corporation to sel•l.used clothing on vacant.lots was denied.
City ;Iu.11 Building Inspector Harry Overmyer was directed to proceed with

repairs and alterations of city hall building at a cost not to.exceed
$1,135..00-until further authorization. Work.to be preliminary in
mature. Motion by'Stevens, seconded by King.
On motion by Stevens seconded by King, the Council adjourned
until 11:00 AM Thursday May 4th, 1933.
