The Clerk read request of Edgard Quinn (agent for
estate of Patrick Quinn deceased} for reduction in
assessed valuation of building located on Log 9,Block
2o4.The Clerk informed the Board that the present
valuation of the lot was $2,070.00 'andl of the building
0750.00.After some discussion the board unanimously
expressed the opinion that the present assessed value as
set by the assessor was fair and equitable. Un motion
by Huston seconded by Marion the reaues,t was denied.
The Clerl presentd and read'a letter from Osborn Burke
-asking that the valuation=lf building located on Lot 12
Block 203 be lowered on account of eartiquake damage.
The Board then took up the matter of damage caused.
by the March 10th,1933 earthquake, and on motion by
King -seconded by Stevens, the following adjustments
were ordered; covering improvements onl.
SW 36 0 Lot 1 Block 104 be reduced to 2,000.00
SW NE 36-P Lot 1& 2 " " I 1, 950.00
NE 36� 1, 500.00
