City Hall, Monday November 6tn, 1933.
The regular meeting of the City Council was called to
order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Conrad.
Councilmen present: Marion, Stevens, King, Conrad.
Councilmen absents: None.

ID14.n tes On motion by Stevens, seconded by Marion, the Minutes for
the month of October were approved as read.
Asks for transfer of The application of Wm. Orens for transfer of lunch room
licenses
and beer on sale licenses from 912 Ocean Avenue to 2102 Main
Street were referred back to the Chief of Police as they did
not bear his approval.
1915 Act Bonds On motion by King, seconded by Stevens, the City Attorney
was instructed to attend a meeting in Los Angeles on November
loin, 1933, with reference to rehearing on decision of State
Supreme Court as to liability of cities for payment of 1915
Act Bonds.
nem,ards On motion by.Stevens, seconded by King, the demands as
approved by the Finance Committee were ordered paid. These
demands were payroll and certain election expenses only.
Poet — Sp,e64--1 Officer On motion by King, seconded by Stevens, the appointment
by the Chief of police of H.W.Yost as a special officer, was
confirmed.
On motion by Stevens, seconded by King, the Council
adjourned to 7:30 P.M. Monday, November 13tn, 1933.
