City Hall, Friday April 6th, 1934.
pursuant to adjournment of'April 5th, the City Council met and
was called to order at 10:30 A.M. by Mayor Talbert.
Councilmen present: Talbert, Gores, King, Stevens.
Councilmen absent : Marion.
Gasoline Contract On motion by King seconded by Stevens, the Mayor and City Clerk
were authorized to execute the contract with the Richfield Oil
Company to furnish gasoline for city\use for the ensuing year.
Agreem.- nt - The Clerk presented an agreement of the American States Water
Amer. States .-ter
Ser• Co. Service Company to run eater lines to the Sea Breeze Auto camp
ground. City Attorney Overacker said that he approved the agree-
ment as to form, and, on motion by Stevens seconded by Gores, the
Mayor and. City Clerk were authorized and directed to execute the
agreement on behalf of the City of Huntington Beach.
Neon Sign Matter of furnishing the Neon sign for the Sea Breeze Auto camp
was deferred to a later date.
marking Ocean City Engineer Overmyer informed the Council that he had been in �

touch with the State Road Department and that he had been promised
immediate action in remarking Ocean Avenue.
On motion by King, seconded by Gores, the Council adjourned until #
10:30 A.M. Saturday April 14th, 1934.
