Pursuant to call by Mayor Talbert and pursuant to written consent on file in the office of the City Clerk at the time of said meeting, a special meeting of the City Council was called to order at 9:00 P.M , Monday June 10, 1935. Councilmen present: Talbert, Marion, Chamness, Warner,- Talbert. Councilmen absent 2 None. GELZER, Chief of Police CONSENT TO MEETING CITY COUNCIL held at City Hall, City of Huntington Beach, June 10, 1935 at the hour of 9:00 P.M. We, the undersigned being all the members of the City C ouncil_ of the City of Huntington Beach, do hereby give our consent to the holding of a special meeting of said City Council for the purpose of taking necessary action for the re —zoning of all territory within the corporate limits of the City of Huntington Beach, including the reading for the first time of an ordinance d®ignating such zones and regulating the businesg,structures and/or occupations that may be maintained WHO and erected therein. We hereby certify that we have signed this consent and that the same is on file in the office of the City Clerk, City of Huntington Beach, at� the time of this meeting.
