Hitterdale addressed the Council favoring regulations of trailers less stringent than in the City of Long Beach. Mr. Gallienne, Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, asked for copy of proposed ordinance for discussion at meeting of Commercial Secretaries of California to be held in Stockton within a day or so, he to report findings to the Council. Engineer Overmyer called attention to rabid deterioration of Wesley Avenue, easterly, due to surface water. No action taken. Councilman Chamness of Beach and Pier Committee, reported it impossible to partition sun parlor on pier as requested by Mr. De Guelle for protection of his property in concession in building.. The matter of protection of his property was to be given further consideration. On motion by Chamness, seconded by ienrickson the Mayor and City Clerk were authorized to sign agreement with Mr. De Guelle for concession for three years as per his request.
