Demands On motion by Talbert seconded by Henrickson, demands approved
by -the Finance Committee were ordered paid.
Infantile Councilman Talbert informed the Council that money was needed

that the officers now doing motor patrol duty be classified as patrolmen.
No action was taken -and the matter of decision postponed until next
