Pursuant to CONSENT TO MEETING by T. B. Talbert, Councilman -Mayor,
A.-L. Henrickson, Councilman, F. T. Grable, Councilman, R. E. Hawes, Council-
man and A.W.Morehouse, Councilman, the original of which is attached hereto
and made a part of these minutes, the Council met at 5:30 P.M.' August 10,
1943, for the purpose of considering matters in the case of Denio et al
vs City -of. -Huntington Beach, and taking such action thereon as the Council
may desire,

City Council of the City of Huntington Beech, do hereby consent
to a holding of a special meeting in the City Hall in the City
of Huntington beach, at 5:30 ". 1.. on the 10th day of Au&ast,
1943, for the urh�ose of considering the case of Denio, et. al.,
vs. City of 1-1-untington Desch, and taking such action thereon as

the Council may desire, and r:aive notice of such meeting.

Pursuant to CONSENT TO MEETING by T. B. Talbert, Councilman -Mayor,
A.-L. Henrickson, Councilman, F. T. Grable, Councilman, R. E. Hawes, Council-
man and A.W.Morehouse, Councilman, the original of which is attached hereto
and made a part of these minutes, the Council met at 5:30 P.M.' August 10,
1943, for the purpose of considering matters in the case of Denio et al
vs City of -Huntington Beach, and taking such action thereon as the Council
may desire„
The Clerk read CONSENT TO MEETING above mentioned also a letter from
Attorneys Drumm and Tucker relative to the above named case and on motion by
Councilman Hawes seconded by Councilman Morehouse, the city attorney in con
junction with special attorneys were authorized and directed to prepare and
submit to the Court a petition for,re-hearing in the case of Denio et al
vs City of Huntington Beach. Motion put and carried unanimously.
On motion by Henrickson seconded by Hawes, the Council adjourned.
