MINUTES
Council Chamber, City Hall,
Huntington Beach, California
Wednesday, December 13,
Pursuant to call and waiver, the original.of which is attached
hereto and made a part of these minutes, the City Council met and
was .called to order at. - 9:45 A.M. by Mayor Talbert.
Councilmen present: Henrickson, Grable, Hawes, Bartlett, Talbert.
Councilmen absent: None.
Special Pursuant to the purpose of the meeting as outlined in the Consent to
plumbing
permit Special Meeting, the following motion was made by Councilman Hawes:
1°That a special plumbing permit be granted for the installation of
plumbing in new residences to be constructed under W.P.B. Project
No. 99-122-002373, so as to comply with government regulations in the
construction of new residence buildings". Motion seconded by Council-
man Grable, put and carried unanimously...

CONSENT TO SPECIAL MEETING
OF
THE CITY COUNCIL
We, the undersigned, being all of the members of the
City Council of the City of Huntington Beach, California, do
hereby consent to a special meeting of the. -City Council to be
held in the Council Chambers at the hour of 9:45 A. M. on the
13th day of December,. 19440 for the purpose of issuing a
special permit to conform with Spar Production Board regulations
for the installation of plumbing in the construction of new
residences.
