City Clerk MINUTES clerk x-Of o 0 C rk of the City Council Council Chamber, City Hall Huntington Beach, California Wednesday, July 7, 1949 Pursuant to adjournment of July 6, 1948 the City Council met and was called to order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Greer. Councilmen present: LeBard, Terry, Seabridge, Greer. Councilmen Absent: Langenbeck. Minutes On motion by LeBard seconded by Terry minutes for the month of June, 1948 were approved as read. Quinton Don Hull MoCrerry of the Quinton Engineers, Ltd., reporting as Engr1s. consultant for the sewage plant digester repairs, made a complete report and filed copies with the City of Huntington Beach. Reso.#1043 On motion by LeBard seconded by Terry Resolution #1043 a Resolution of the City of Huntington Beach applying to the Director of Finance and/or the Post -War Public Works Review Board for an allotment of the State's share of the estimated cost of preparing the completed plans for the repairs and installation of the equipment at the sewage plant digester was passed and adopted by the following roll call: AYES: LeBard, Terry, Seabridge, Greer. NOES: None ABSENT: Langenbeck. Transfer of On Motion by LeBard seconded by Seabridge that the City Clerk Funds request the City Treasurer to transfer $9,987.50 from the Street Improvement Fund to the General Fund, $24,469.83 from the Special Gas Tax for Highways to the General Fund, and ' $3, M3.62 from the InLieu of Motor Vehicle License Fees to the General Fund, as of the close of 1 1 1 r i a business June 30, 1948, was approved.
