Councilmen presents LeBard, Terry, Seabridge, Langenbeok, Greer. Councilmen absent: None. Charter At the request of the City Council, Stephen B. Robinson appeared Amendment before the Council to discuss the proposed draft of the Charter Amendment adding Article VIII-B, entitled °Department of Public Servi ee". H.P. On motion by Langenbeok seconded by Seabridge that the Council Planning Commission request the City of Huntington Beach Planning Commission to give immediate attention to that territory bounded by Highway #39 and Atlanta Avenue, and its extension through to the Santa Ana River andithenoe towards the Ocean along the Santa Ana River, thence up the coast on a line just north of the Coast Highway to our now City Boundary, taking in tthat area with the thought in mind of incorporating it into the Citf of Huntington Beach, was approved. Employee's On motion by Langenbeok seconded by Seabridge that the budgeted Picnic amount of #125,00 for the annual employee's picnic be allowed up to that 0 amount was approved.
