Councilmen present: LeBard, Terry, Seabridge, Langenbeck, Greer. Councilmen absent: None Minutes On motion by Langenbeck seconded by Seabridge the minutesibr the month of November, 1948 were approved as read. On motion by LeBard seconded by Terry the monthly reports of the City Monthly Reports Treasurer, City Clerk, City Engineer, Chief of Police, and the City Judie for the month of November, 1948 were approved and ordered filed. Mr. Talbert, Mr. Farnsworth and Mr. Elliott appeared before the City Council and discussed the sub -surface drainage problem on their acreage that lies eastand north of the City owned 52 acres, and requested that the City Council cooperate with the Talbert Drainage District to arrive at a solution of this joint problem of sub -surface drainage whibh Is hurting the land for full productive use.
