The Clerk presented and read the above named Gall A .`�'av8 ion Ballroom for Special Meeting of City Councilmen. On motion by Langenbeck seconded by LeBard that the City be authorized to rent the Pavalon Ballroom for Friday evenings at the rate of ten dollars (010.00) per evening and for Saturday evenings at the rate of twenty dollars (020.00) per evening for the next eight weeks starting this Friday, April 19 1949, was approved. On motion by Langenbeck seconded by LeBard that the Beach and Pier Committee be instructed together with the City Administrator to formulate a rent schedule for the Pavalon to be presented to this Council at the first meeting in May for approval or rejection, was approved.
