The regular meeting of the Huntington Beach Planning
Commission was called to order at 7:30 by the Secretary.
On motion by Hinshaw seconded by Overacker that
Commissioner Tovatt be appointed Chairman pro-tem, was
approved.
Members present: Tovatt,Hamann, Bannister, Hinshaw, OveraP,4er,
Henricksen, and Consultant Parks.
Members absent: Bristol, Kaufman, Overmyer.

On motion by Overacker seconded by Hamann the minutes
for the month. of May, 194were approved as read.
Edgar L. The Secretary read application for ptition for conditional
Burrows exception Filed by Edgar L. Burrows, of 523 - 10th Street,

Variance application requesting multiple dwellings to be built on
Lots 30; 31 and 32 on 'J oliet Avenue between-Alabamd and

the Huntington Beach News of the City of Huntington Beach
calling a public hearing on the conditional exception application

Reso.No.14 Consultant Parks presented and read Resolution No. 14,
a resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of
Huntington Beach, Califonria, calling public hearing on
portion of streets and highway plans.
Reso.No. 14 On motion by Hamann seconded by Hinshaw that Resolution
adopted. No. 14, as read by Consultant darks be adopted and the
41 Secretary be instructed to publish notice in the Huntington
Beach News for a public hearing on that portion of Streets
and Highways plan of the City of Huntington Beach as on
file with the City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach,
was passed by the following roll call:
AYES: Hinshaw, Bannister, Hamann, Overahker, Tovatt,Henricksen.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Bristol, Kaufman, Overmyer
Proposed Consultant Parks read proposed amendment to Ordinance
amendment No. 495, covering the need of new definitions previously
to Ord. discussed. Consultant Parks presented to the Commission
No. 495 plans and reviewed the Street numbering plans that he had
worked on.
