On motion by Hinshaw seconded by Overacker that Commissioner Tovatt be appointed Chairman pro-tem, was approved. Members present: Tovatt,Hamann, Bannister, Hinshaw, OveraP,4er, Henricksen, and Consultant Parks. No. 14, as read by Consultant darks be adopted and the 41 Secretary be instructed to publish notice in the Huntington Beach News for a public hearing on that portion of Streets and Highways plan of the City of Huntington Beach as on file with the City Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, was passed by the following roll call: AYES: Hinshaw, Bannister, Hamann, Overahker, Tovatt,Henricksen. NOES: None ABSENT: Bristol, Kaufman, Overmyer Proposed Consultant Parks read proposed amendment to Ordinance amendment No. 495, covering the need of new definitions previously to Ord. discussed.
