The regular meeting of the Planning Commission was called
to order by%Chairman Bristol at 7:30 P.M.
Members present: Bristol; Overacker,, Tovatt, Kaufman, Hen-
ricksen, Hinshaw, Bannister, Consultant Parks.
Members -absent: Overmyer, Hamann.
The minutes for the month of July were approved as read.
Leter from C. The secretary read a letter received from County of Orange
of O.Planning Planning Commission requesting that a tentative map of each

Resol.No.16 On motion by Tovatt seconded by Bannister resolution No.
adopted. 16, a resolution of the City Planning Commission of the City
of Huntington Beach, California, proposing amendments entitled
"Proposed Amendments August 18, 1949" be made to Districting
• Ordinance No. 495, was passed and adopted by the following
roll call:
AYES: Bannister, Kaufman, Tovatt, Hinshaw, Overacker,
Bristol, Henricksen.
NOES: None
ABSENT: Overmyer, Hamann.

League of Calif.recommend that the City Council be requested to authorize
Cities Conven.expenses of two members of the City Planning Commission to
attend the California League of Cities Convention to be held
in San Francisco on October 24, 25, and 26th, 1949 was approved.
Recommend City On motion by Tovatt seconded by Kaufman that the
