Minutes - August 21, 1951
Attorney Bauer stated that recent positions
taken by property owners in the annexed area would
indicate that the present property owners of which
there are but a limited number in the annexed area,
have definite ideas as what the land use conditions
should be. Such being the interest shown by the
property owners it would be well to receive their
suggestions and desires to help formulate the re-
zoning of the annexed area.

that there be incorporated in the planning of the stage
a structure that could be built and added to as funds
permitted and that whomever the designer may be should
be given all pertinent facts as to the proposed uses
of the stage.
