Councilmen present: Seabridge, Wood, LeBard. Councilmen absent: Talbert, Langnebeck. • 17th-St. The Clerk read the report of the City Engineer, advising the Grade Cross. 'City Council that he had analyzed the bids received for the con- struction of a grade crossing on 17th Street between Pine and Yorktown Streets. and that the analysis shows that the bid in the amount of $17,920.50 as submitted by the M. E. Horst Company, 458,w. Wilson, Costa Mesa, to be the lowest responsible bid. • MoE.Horst On motion by LeBard seconded by Wood that the contract for Co. airodrded contract. the construction of a grade crossing on 17th Street between Pine and Yorktown Streets be awarded to M.E.
