On motion by Wood seconded by Langenbeck that Lot 17, Tract 73, be retained by the City at this time, was approved. The Clerk read Resolution #1186, 'a resolution of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach approving and adopting a General Plan -of Beach and Shoreline of the City of Huntington Beach as a• part of the Master Plan of said City. G.W.Garrish The Clerk read the cancellation of the lease that the City of Lease cancelled Huntington Beach entered into with Georgianna W. Garrish on the 1st day of January, 1946,.covering a portion of the 44 acres upon which the Huntington Beach Sewage Plant is located., On motion by Langenbeck seconded by LeBard that the Mayor and the City Clerk be -authorized to execute the cancellation of lease entered into with Georgianna W. Garrish and dated the 1st day of January, 1946, after Georgianna Garrish has executed the quitclaim deed, was approved. H.F.Berry& The Clerk read the license agreement between the City of L.T.Davis- lic.agrmt. Huntington Beach, a municipal corporation, and Herbert F. Berry and Lonnie T.
