Fire Chief Higgins r-epor-ted to the City Council results. of the .program that result.ed..in..a lower fire rating for the City of Huntington Beach -and quoted some information received from home oviers and business establishments, the amount of savings they have derived in the lover premium on fire insurance since the City went .on the, new .fire rating.
