Mayor Seabridge called the regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Huntington Beach to order at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
Councilmen present: Bryant, Wood, LeBard, Seabridge
Councilmen absent: Talbert (Councilman Talbert arrived at 7:35
o'clock P.M.)

Council for the month of March, 1954, as transcribed and mailed by

by the Recreation Department, that the building is structurally
sound in every respect but it is in need -of paint and renovation
and that the estimated cost to do the necessary painting both in-
