The Council members continued the study of the Tentative Map
Tract No. 1776, which the Planning Commission had recommended for
approval subject to certain conditions.
Oscar Perez, appearing for the subdivider stated the applicant
would agree to a 20 foot alley to the east but the alley to the west
has to be 18 feet and they desire the culdesac street as shown on the
tentative map tract to be 55 feet wide instead of 60 feet required,
and therefore, all the conditions could be complied with except the 18
foot alley and the 55 foot street and not to demand installation of
main and lateral sewer lines as no grades have been established in
that area, and it would be many years before such lines would be used.
