Various facets as outlined in the Plaster Plan of Fire Stations Report were discussed in detail. Fire Chief Higgins answered all quistions pertaining to the Fire Department functions. It was also pointed out that because of these and other capital improvements which will be re- quired in the next few years, there is the need for a capital improvements program which could be a budget for a five year program to help the council plan the regular budget year.
