HomeMy WebLinkAbout1960-04-15147 MINUTES Council Chamber, City Hall Huntington Beach, California Friday, April 15, 1960 Pursuant to the adjournment of the regular adjourned meeting of April 11, 1960, Mayor Irby called the regular adjourned meeting to order at 7:30 o'clock P.M. Councilmen Present: Lambert, Irby. Councilmen Absent: Sork, Terry, Waite. (Councilman Terry arrived at 7:35 o'clock P.M.) Recess For lack of a quorum Mayor Irby ordered a recess. Councilman Terry arrived at 7:35 o'clock P.M. Reconvened The Council reconvened at 7:35 o'clock P.M. 1E rry - Finance Comm. In the absence of Councilman Waite Mayor Irby appointed Councilman Terry to act on the Finance Committee. Bids - Harry Overmyer Mayor Irby announced that the bids Memorial "ater Reservoir �� for the construction of the Harry Overmyer Memorial Water Reservoir and received would be 'opened at this time in accordance with the time and date as per notice of bids an&instructed the Clerk to open the bids.
