The Pledge of Allegiance was given by all present in the Council Chamber. The Invocation was given by Reverend Gayland Anderson of the Wesleyan lelethodist Church. Councilmen Present: Wells, Lambert, Stewart, Waite, Gisler Councilmen Absent: None of Reports of the City Treasurer, Collector, Building Director, Engineer, Fire Chief, Lifeguard Chief, Recreation Director and Parking Lot Manager, were presented by the Clerk.
