FOUNTAIN VALLE - SENATE JOINT RFSOLUTIQ2 &J The Clerk presented Resolutions #3003 and #0 4 of the City of Fountain Valley endorsing and approving Senate Joint Resolutions No.. & No. 3 - relative to reapportionment. On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, Council directed the City Attorney to prepare: similar Resolutions. Motion carried. Gisler, the request for an emergency fire exit from the Legion Halm in the Memorial Hell Building, was referred to the Director of Public Works to handle. Motion carried. AM19RICAN" LEGION H _UEST @ USE OF HALL BY UNAUTHORIZED PERSONS The Clerk reed a lather from the American Legion requesting that the employees of the City of Huntington Beach he instructed to refrain from allowing the American Legion Hall to be used for any purpose and that all requests -for use of said Hall be referred to the Executive Board of the ,Post The City- Clerk informed the -Council that all calls relative to use of said hall had been referred directly -to Legion personnel. On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, the letter relating to the use of the Legion Hall was received and ordered filed. Motion. carried.
