The -regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach was called to order at 7:30 o'clock P.M.

MINUTES
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, the minutes of the regular
adjourned meeting of June 21, 1965 and the regular meeting of
June 21, 1965, were approved as transcribed and mailed. Motion
carried.
DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS

On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, the reports of the Director
of Public Works, Fire Chief, Lifeguard Chief, Recreation Director
and Building Department,.were approved and ordered filed. Motion
carried.
SENATE RESOLUTION SUPPORT REQUESTED
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, a communication from the
Citizens Committee for Balanced Legislative Representation, recommend-
ing Council support Senate Joint Resolution No. 2, was received and
ordered filed. Motion carried.
'7Y REQUEST - LIMITED PARKING
The Clerk presented a letter from merchants in the :vicinity of Main
Street, and Orange Avenue, requesting that both sides of Orange Avenue
between Main Street and Third Street, be posted with either one or
two hour parking signs.
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Lambert, Council referred the
.,request for limited parkin; from downtown merchants, to the Traffic
Engineer for study and report. Motion carried.
/ SOLICITATION - DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS

On motion by Gisler, seconded by Stewart, Council approved a request
from the Disabled American Veterans for renewal. of their yearly
permit to conduct door-to-door solicitation and truck pickup within
the City. Motion carried.
/23 NOISE COMPLAINT- HELICOPTERS
9 On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, a letter from Mrs.
Virginia Steckley, Costa Mesa,complaining of noise created by
helicopters out of E1 Toro Marine Base and requesting -an investiga-
tion, was received and ordered filed. Motion carried.
HIGH RISE OPPOSITION BEACH FRONT
On motion by Gisler, seconded by Stewart, a letter from .T. B. Talbert,
City, urging Council to keep the beach front open and not allow
high rise buildings on the ocean side, was received and ordered filed.

PROPOSED ARTIFICIAL REEF
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, a status report from the
Wildlife Conservation Board concerning the proposed artificial reef
off the municipal pier, was received and ordered .filed. Motion
carried.
Y'% GROTH CHES]ROLET - EXT OF TIME - TRAILER USE
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Lambert, Council granted a six
months extension of time to Groth Chevrolet on a. temporary permit,
to allow the use of a trailer for temporary offices until November 30,
1965, subject to the eonditions existing under the permit granted by
Council on December 21, 1964, Motion carried.
4, STATE SENATE REAPPORTI0NMENT PROPOSAL
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, a State ,Senate reapportion-
ment proposal submitted by William EW Dannemeyer and a letter
requesting the views of Council, was received ang ordered filed.

3�_ PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION - UNDERGROUND FACILITIES
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, an Order
Investigation from the Public Utilities Commission,
governing construction of underground electric and
facilities, was received and ordered filed. Motion

OPENING OF EDGEWATER DRIVE
The Clerk presented a letter from J. C. Willis, 16982 Lowell Circle,
City, requesting that the chains be removed from Edgewater Drive at
Warner Avenue in the Huntington Harbour development.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council referred the
request for removal of chain at Warner Avenue entrance to Edgewater
Drive, to the Director of Public Works, Fire Chief and Traffic
Engineer for study and report, Motion carried.

WETTERHUS LETTER OF APOLOGY TO COUNCIL
The Clerk read a letter from Jack Wetterhus, transmitted by Kenneth:
S. Lawson, Attorney, making apology to Mr. Ruben Dobkin and members
of the City Council for certain statements made before the Council
at a regular meeting of that Body.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, the letter from Mr. Wetterhus
was received and ordered filed. Motion carried.
REQUEST CHAIRS -.FANTASY DANCE STUDIO
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, a request from the Fantasy
Dance Studio to use 150 chairs, was stricken from the agenda as
requested by Mrs. Marie Strachan by telephone. Motion carried.
UV #838 - LETTER OF APPEAL - NO FILING FEE
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, an appeal from Rex Creed
to the decision of the Planning Commission in denying Use Variance
#838, was denied, as no filing fee had been paid. Motion carried.
143 PARKWAY TREES - REQUESTED
The Clerk presented a letter from R. R. Dick Garza, City, requesting
the planting of trees in parkways on Springdale Street between Heil
and Edinger Streets, and on Edinger Street both east and west of
Springdale.
On motion by Gisler, seconded by Shipley, Council approved the request
for trees in parkways on Springdale and Edinger: Streets for inclusion
in the tree planting program. Motion carried.
�o HB CO EXCHANGE OF REAL PROPERTY
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Lambert, a communication from the
Huntington Beach Company and Pacific Electric Railway'Company,
extending the time for acceptance of their offer to exchange real
property, from 30 days to 90 days from June 3, 1965, was received.
Motion carried.
,,g HUNTINGTON PACIFIC CORP AGMT - LIFEGUARD SERVICES
The Clerk presented a letter from Huntington Pacific Corporation
requesting extension of the existing agreement for lifeguard services
and maintenance of beaches from July 1, 1965 to June 30, 1966.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council authorized the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute anew Lifeguard Agreement with the
Huntington Pacific Corporation, with maintenance conditions updated.
Motion carried.
CIVIC CULTURAL CENTER. - HOME COUNCIL SUPPORT
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, a letter from the Home
Council making it known that they firmly support the Mayor in his
efforts to acquire the Karlsen art collection and requesting action
in the acquisition of land for this purpose, was received and ordered
filed. Motion carried.
CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY - ROSEMARIE LA FRANCE
The Clerk presented a claim from Rosemary La'France,filed by her
Attorney, Charles Garrity, for injuries sustained as a result of a
fall in the vicinity of Gulf Lane, 160 feet south of Talbert Avenue.
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, Council denied the claim
of Rosemarie La France for personal injuries and referred the matter
to the City Attorney and the City's insurance carrier. Motion
carried.

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY - KUNIO & MARY HISA UTA
The Clerk presented a claim for damages to crops and to personal
property from Kunio Ota and Mary Hisa Ota, filed by Charles J. Lusin,
Attorney for the claimant, said damages allegedly resulting from the
capping of claimants drainage pipe without his approval or knowledge.
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, Council denied the claim
for damages incurred to crops filed by Kunio and Mary Ota:, and
referred the matter to the City Attorney and the City's insurance
carrier. Motion carried.
UV #780 - PUBLIC HEARING SET
Mr. Mark Porter, 19842 Providence Lane, City, addressed the Council
and requested a hearing on Use Variance - UV //780, appealing the
decision of the Planning Commission in approving same - to allow
the construction of a mobile home park in the Al-Y General Agricul-
tural District,because of nonconformance by the grantee of the
variance to requirements of the Huntington Beach Ordinance Code.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council ordered a public
hearing
for Monday, August 2, 1965 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., or as soon
thereafter as possible, and directed the Clerk to PUblish�ilQtice of
same and notify all residents within a 300' radius of the area.
Motion carried.
TRAFFIC COMPLAINT - MEADOWLARK & GRAHAM
Mrs. Jean Felton, 5441 Meadowlark Drive, City, addressed the Council
and complained of hazardous fast moving traffic on Graham Street at
Meadowlark Drive, and requested a four way stop sigm for the inter-
section.
The Director of Public Works informed the Council that a report from
his Department would be forthcoming at the next Council meeting.
On motion by Gisler, seconded by Lambert, Council continued action
on the request for stop signs at Graham Street and Meadowlark Drive,
to the next meeting. Motion carried.
Mr. Alex Simon, 16302 Meadowlark Lane, addressed the Council and
requested immediate action to alleviate the traffic hazard to
children at Meadowlark and Graham Streets.
Mrs. Felton again addressed the Council and related recent accident
incidents at said intersection, and requested a traffic officer for
the peak hours, to aid children attending the school playground.
9j REQUEST - PERMISSION TO PARK CATERING TRUCK ON BOLSA
Mr. Ernest Zimmerman, 18361 Beach Boulevard, City:, addressed the
Council and requested permission to park his lunch truck on the
north side of Bolsa Avenue near the Douglas Plant, one-half hour,
in the morning and one-half hour in the afternoon.
The Director of Public Works reported on parking restrictions on the
north side of Bolsa Avenue near Douglas.
Following discussion on the matter, a motion was made by Lambert,
seconded by Stewart, to refer the matter to the Police Department
and Traffic Engineer for study and report, at their earliest con-
venience. Motion carried.
j/TPUBLIC HEARING - APPEAL - BETKER CONSTRUCTION
Mayor Shipley announced that this was the day and hour set for a
public hearing on an appeal to the denial by the Planning Commission
of Use Variance - UV #833, on property located east of Second Street,
100 feet north of Walnut Avenue, and directed the Clerk to read the
legal notice.

The Clerk read notice of public hearing on the appeal to the denial
by the City Planning Commission of Use Variance = UV #833, as pub-
lished in the Huntington Beach News on June 24, 1965.,setting the
hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on
the 6b day of July, 1965, in the Council Chamber of the Civic Center,
Huntington Beach, Calif ornia, as the time and place for a public
hearing for the purpose of considering an -appeal to the denial by
the Planning Commission of Use Variance #833 - to allow the con-
struction of a 22 unit apartment building 31A story in height in the
C3 General Business District.
The Clerk read the letter of appeal from Henry A. Fredricks, Vice
President of the Betker Construction Corporation, and informed the
Council that he had received no communications or written protests
to the appeal.
Mayor Shipley declared the hearing open.
Mr. Henry Fredricks, 524 Nest Commonwealth, Fullerton, addressed
the Council and requested approval of UV #833, which had been denied
by the Planning Commission,
Mr. Charles Palmer, Newport Beach, addressed the Council as a
representative of the Huntington Beach School Board of Trustees,
and protested the granting of UV #833 because of the density in the
area which would result.
Mr. Cecil Wheat, 239 First Street, City, addressed the Council and
stated that he was in favor of the granting of UV.#833 because the
buildings proposed would improve the area.
There Bing no one -further present to speak on the matter, and there
being no further protests filed, either oral or written, the hearing
was closed by the Mayor.
The Planning Director addressed the Council and gave a resume' of
the Planning Commission's reasons for denial of Use Variance #833.
On motion by Gisler, seconded by Lambert, Council overruled the
Planning Commission and granted Use Variance #835. Motion carried.
/2/ CONTINUED HEARING - APPEAL TO ZONE CASE NO. 517
The Clerk informed the Council that the public hearing on Planning
Commission Resolution No. 517 was opened at the meeting of June 21,
1965 and continued to July 6, 1965, to hear the appeal filed by
P. C. Moran to the denial by the Planning Commission of Zone Case
No. 517.
Mr. P. C. Moran, appellant, introduced Mr. Kenneth Hames of Superior
Bus Sales, Fresno,•who told of his plans to lease Mr. Moran's
property to open, a bus sales and service branch in the City.
Mr. Bob Zinngrabbe, City, addressed the Council and pro sted the
Zone change on behalf of the Huntington Beach Convalescent'Hospital.
Mr. Mac Bangoy, 6942 Canterbury Circle, City, addressed the Council
concerning Zone Case No. 517, protesting the granting of the change
of zone.
There being no one further present to speak on the matter, and there
being no further protests filed, either oral or written, the hearing
was closed by the Mayor.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council upheld the decision
of the Planning Commission and denied Zone Case No. 517. Motion
carried.

The Clerk presented bids for realignment, reconstruction, surfacing
and improvements of portions of Warner Avenue, Algonquin Street,
Davenport Drive and Los Patos Avenue in the City, which had been
opened at the informal meeting of the Council -at 7--00 A.M. on
July 6, 1965, as follows

The Clerk presented a, transmittal from the Director of Public Works
informing Councii that the bids for the improvement of streets in
the Warner .Avenue realignment bad been reviewed and found to be in
order, and recommending that the contract be awarded to the low
bidder, Co Ea Hurley Construction Company, Garden Grove, for the bid
of $105,1.61,19,
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council awarded the bid for
the street improvements in the realignment of Warner Avenue, to the
low bidder, Ca E. Hurley Construction Company,.Garden Grove, for the
sum of $105,161.19; rejected all other grids and directed the Clerk
to notify the unsuccessful bidders. Motion carried®

The Clerk presented bids for street improvement and channelization of
a portion of Bolsa, Chica, Street south of Edinger., which had been
opened at the informal meeting of the Council at 7:00 A.M. on July 6,
1965, as follows

The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works
informing Council that the bids for the construction of street improve-
ments and channelizati.on of Bolsa Chica. Street south of Edinger
Avenue in the City, had been reviewed and found to be in order, and
recommending that the contract be awarded to the low bidder, Sully
Miller Contracting Company, Orange, for the bid of $26, 331.05
On motion by Gisler, seconded by Lambert, Council awarded the bid
for street improvement and channeli.zation of Bolsa Chica Street
south of Edinger Avenue, to the low bidder, Sully Miller Contracting
Company, for the bid of $26,331.05; rejected all other bids, and
directed the Clerk to notify the unsuccessful bidders. Motion carried.

Council that the bids had been reviewed and were in order, and
recommending the purchase of one 1965 4-door sedan from the low
bidder - Main Street Garage, Huntington Beach - for a bid in the
amount of $1, 970, 58, including tax,

On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, Council authorized the
Purchasing Agent to purchase one 4-door sedan for the Building
Department from the low bidder, fain Street Garage, Huntington
Beach, for the amount of 81,970.58, including tax. Motion carried.
Iz! PUBLIC HEARINGS SET - ZONE CASES 507 520 521
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council ordered public
hearings for Monday, July 19, 1965, at 7:30 P.M., or as soon there-
after as possible, on Zone Cases #307, #520 and #521, and directed
the Clerk to publish notice of same. Motion carried.
g TRACT 5450 - DEDICATED IMPROVEMENTS - DOYLE & SHIELDS
The Clerk presented a recommendation from the Director of Public
Works that improvements for Tract #5450 - Doyle & Shields, be
accepted, and authorization granted for the release of the Monument
Bond and termination of the Three -Party Agreement and Subdivision
Agreement.
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, Council accepted the
improvements dedicated for public use in Tract #5450; authorized the
release of the Monument Bond and termination of the Three -Party
Agreement and Subdivision Agreement, and directed that the developer
and bonding company be notified. Motion carried.
t PROPERTY ACQUISITION CANNERY/BANNING
The Clerk presented a letter from the Director of Public Works
submitting a method of financing for the purchase of 2.728 acres
near Cannery and Banning to be used for street right-of-way, reservoir
site and for exchange purposes.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council approved the
recommended method of financing the acquisition of property for
public use, and authorized acquisition of 2.728 acres of property
in the vicinity of Cannery and Banning Streets for: (a) street
right-of-way for the extension of Cannery Street; (b) a reservoir
site; (c) an excess parcel which will be used to exchange for
right-of-way with Edison Company. Motion carried.
1V% ORANGE COUNTY -_RADIO MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT
The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works
of a renewal of the Municipal Radio Service Agreement with the
County of'Orange.
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, Council accepted the
Renewal Agreement for. Radio Maintenance with the County of Orange,
and authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same on behalf
of the City. Motion carried.
ORANGE COUNTY - SOIL TEST AGREEMENT
The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works
of the annual extension of an Agreement entered into on July 11 1960,
for soil test and materials with the County of Orange.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, Council approved the
annual extension of Agreement for soil test and material with the
County of Orange entered into July 1, 1960, and directed the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute same on behalf of the City. Motion carried..
TRACT 25971 - SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT - COVINGTON BROS
The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works
of Monument Bond, Improvement Bond and Subdivision Agreement for
Tract #5971, Covington Brothers.

Bond No. 04/0636/0694-G/65 and Improvement Bond No. 04/0636/0694-A/65
(New Amsterdam Casualty Company), and directed the Clerk.to file same,
and accepted the Subdivision Agreement for Tract #5971°.af1dz.authoftzed .
the!Mayor and City Clerk to execute same on behalf of the City.

f SEWER MAIN PAYMENT - S & M PIPELINE COMPANY
The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works
of Resolution No. 2203; authorizing payment in the amount of $2,000.00
to S & M Pipeline Company, for construction of a sewer main at Cannery
Street and Garfield Avenue.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, Resolution No. 2203 -- "A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE SEWER FUND,":which had heretofore been
submitted to the Council and read by them, was passed and adopted by

The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works
of Plans & Specifications, Resolution No. 2204 and a Notice inviting
Sealed Bids for signalization at the intersection of Bolsa Avenue
and Edwards Street.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council approved the Plans
and Specifications for the signalization at the intersection of Bolsa
Avepue and Edwards Street. Motion carried.
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Lambert, Resolution No. 2204 - "A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING THE GENERAL
PREVAILING RATE OF HOURLY WAGES FOR EACH CRAFT OR TYPE OF WORKMEN OR
MECHANIC NEEDED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIGNALIZATION AT THE INTER-
SECTION OF BOLSA AVENUE AND EDWARDS STREET IN THE CITIES OF HUNTINGTON
BEACH AND WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA,° which had heretofore been submitted
to the Council and read by them, was passed and adopted by the following
roll call vote:

On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council approved the Notice

The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works
of Resolution No. 2205 authorizing an expenditure from the Drainage
Fund in the amount of W 353.20, to Kaufman & Broad, for storm drain
construction in conjunction with the development of Tract //5206.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, Resolution No. 2205 - "A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AUTHORIZING THE
EXPENDITURE OF MONEY FROM THE DRAINAGE DISTRICT 7D FUND," which had

The Director of Public Works presented a transmittal.of two invoices
from Industrial Contracting for work done on street improvement and
signalization - Change Order No. land Progress Payment No. 2, and
recommended approval of payment therefory in the amount of
$141373.51.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Gisler, Council authorized payment
to Industrial Contracting in the amount of $14,373.51 for work done
on street improvement and signalization of several intersections in
the City. Motion carried.

Mayor Shipley called a recess of the Council at 9:08 P.M.

Council was reconverted by the Mayor at 9:40 P.M.
SALE OF CITY PROPERTY - OCEAN VIEW SCHOOL SITE 31
The Clerk presented a communication from the Assistant City_Attorney
recommending that the City accept the offer of $300.00 from the
Ocean View School District for Parcel 77 (Lot 38, Block D. Tract 281)
in Condemnation Case No. 115582 in the Superior Court - Ocean View.
School District versus Davis, et al®
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, Council approved the
recommendation of the Assistant City Attorney, and directed the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute a deed from the City to the Ocean
View School District for Lot 38, Block'D, Tract 281, for the sum
of $300.00. Motion carried.

p WATER COMPLAINT REPORT BY' DPW
The Clerk presented a report on the investigation and determination
by the Director of Public Works for waiter charges for multiple units
in the City, and making the following recommendations
(a) Authorize the Public Works Department to extend credit to
hardship cases caused by the one dollar ($1.00) unit charge
when:
la In the opinion of the Director of Public Works a hardship
exists;
20 When so directed by the City Council, and that consideration
of hardship claims will be limited to those in business or
under construction at the time the ordinance became effective;
(b) Direct the Public Works Department to revise the lower rate
blocks and prepare the amendment to the Huntington Beach
Ordinance Code;
(c) Direct the Public Works Department to submit an amendment to the
Huntington Beach Ordinance Code that would automatically increase
water rates each time an increase in Metropolitan Water District
rates occur.
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Lambert,, Council approved the
recommendations of the Director of Public Works as listed above, and
directed the City Attorney and Public Works Director to prepare the
necessary Ordinance Code Amendments for Council approval. Motion
carried.

On motion by Gisler, seconded by Stewart, Council granted a request
of the Chief of Police .for crossing guards cTuring summer school at
the intersections of Brookhurst Street and Continental Drive and
Pioneer Drive and Cannery Street, Motion carried,,
HUNTINGTON CONTINENTAL DEEDS TO CITY - DIMICATIONS
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, Council deferred action
on the acceptance of grant deeds from Huntington Townhouse Association,
Inc® Unit #1 and Unit , until such time as Certificates of Title
Insurance are presented to the City. Motion carried,

Y,:REQUEST POLICEMAN DOWNTOWN - PATROL
The City Administrator presented a request from the Downtown
Businessmen's Association, fora. policeman to work an 8 hour beat
each day, 6 days a week.
On motion by Lambert, seconded by Stewart, Council referred the
request to the Chief of Police and City Administrator for study and
report at the next meeting. Motion carried.
,,DAILY PILOT ADVERTISING
The City Administrator reported on the preparation of a proposed
layout for the August 3rd Daily Pilot publication "Your Community
and You."
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, Council authorized the
Administrator to study the proposed publication layout and report to
Council any changes to be made. Motion carried.
42,SENATE BILL 687 - OPPOSED
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Gisler, Council directed the City
Administrator to forward a telegram to the Governor, urging his veto
of Senate Bill 687 —which would require public agencies to pay
compensation to other utilities, including mutual water companies,
for any loss of volume to that utility because of the public agencies
serving water within the utility's service area. Motion carried.
I;ASSEMBLY BILL 1150 - FAVOR
On motion by Gisler, seconded by Gisler, Council directed the City
Administrator to forward a telegram to the Governor, urging his
signing of AB 1150, authorizing cities and counties to require
subdividers to dedicate land or pay fees for park and recreational
purposes. Motion carried.
?5RECREATION INSTITUTE - UNIV OF CALIF
On motion by Gisler, seconded by Lambert, Council authorized Norman L.
Worthy, Director of Parks and Recreation to attend an institute on
the;Administration of Parks and Recreation Programs, November 7th
through 12th, 1965, at the University of California at Davis, with
reasonable expenses allowed. Motion carried.
gjNAVY PARK PROPERTY
The City Administrator informed the Council, that he had received
a letter from the Southwest Division of the Navy, Bureau of Docks and
Yards, San Diego, approving the site development plan for the 2.67
acres of Government property located at the southeast corner of the
U. S. Naval Weapons Station, Seal Beach, California, and stating that
the rental would be $150.00 per year, subject to final approval in
Washington, D. Co
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Lambert, Council, by minute action,
approved the rental amount of $150.00 per year for the Navy property
at the northwest corner of Edinger Avenue and Bolsa Chica Street,
subject to final approval in Washington, D.C. Motion carried.
Ili REIMBURSEMENT AUTHORIZED - APPLEBURY
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Lambert, Council authorized reimburse-
ment of costs incurred by loss of use of the five -acre Marina Park
site at the time the Robinwood Little League moved in upon the
property, in the total amount of $300,00. Motion carried.
PARK SITE SIGNS - APPROVED
On motion by Stewart, seconded by Lambert, Council granted permission
to Mr. Don Treece to proceed with the painting of ten signs (8 feet
wide) to be placed on proposed park sites throughout the City, and
authorized installation by City forces. Motion carried.
