The Planning Director pointed out that the Commission's policy for underground utilities has been interpreted to include all new develop- ment: residential, commercial and industrial. He stated that there is a split at the Staff level on whether or not the Commission in- tended to include feeder lines going in or being relocated along arterial highways. It was the consensus of the Commission to continue said matter for further study.
