Motion c rried� PUBLIC HEARING - ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 6402 Mayor Shipley announced that this was the day and hour set for a public wring on Resolution of Intention No. 2305 in Assessment District 6402, and the Engineer',,, Investigation. The Clerk presented a communication from the Meadowlark Flyers Commit- tee requesting the closing of Roosevelt Road on May 15, 1966, as a safety factor in conjunction with their aspen hence. On motion by Lambert, second Welch, Council referred the .request for the closing of Roosevelt. Road to the Director o.f. .Public Works, Admin- Atrator, Police Chief and Fire Chief for study and report.
