Mayor Stewart called the regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of :Huntington Beach to order at 7:30 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance was given by all present in the Council
Chamber,

PRESENTATION - ROBERT M LAMBERT
Gisler, Kaufman, Shipley, Green,
Mayor Stewart presented a plaque to former Councilman Robert M. Lambert
for his eight years of service to the City of Huntington Beach as
Councilman and Mayor.
MINUTES
On motion by Bartlett, second Gisler, the minutes of the regular
meeting of May 2, 1966, the regular adjourned meeting of May 3, 1966,
the Special Meeting of May 9, 1966, and corrected page #13 of the
minutes of April 18, 1966, were approved as prepared by the Clerk and
mailed. Motion carried.
BUSINESS LICENSE REQ - RICHARD L SINCLAIR
The Clerk presented request for business license from Richard L.' Sinclair
to conduct a beach 'rental concession from mobile units, on the Pacific
Electric right-of-way along Bolsa Chica beach. A telegram from Mr.
Sinclair requesting that the matter be deferred until the next meet-
ing was read by the Administrator.
On motion by Stewart, second Gisler, Council referred the request for
permission to conduct a beach concession business along the Bolsa
Chica beach to the Planning Commission for recommendation. Motion
carried.
TRACT_57911 - APPEAL - TENTATIVE TRACT MAP - OCEAN VIEW SCHOOL DIST
05 The Clerk presented an appeal from the Ocean View School District
to the deletion by the Planning Commission of a condition in approving
Tentative Tract Map 5791, requiring the construction of a foot bridge
across a flood control channel. The School District further requested
refunp of .the $75.00 filing fee inasmuch as they are public entity.
On mot:ian by Coen, second Bartlett, Council ordered a public hearing
for Monday, June 6, 1966, at 7:30 P.M., or as soon there.Vter as
possible, on the appeal to Tentative Tract Map 5791 and directed the
Clerk to publish notice of same. Motion carried.
TRACT 5664 - TENTATIVE TRACT - APPEAL - ARLO DEV CO
The Clerk presented a letter from Williamson and Schmid, Attorneys for
Arlo Development Company, appealing conditions #5, #21 and #25 imposed
by the Planning Commission in approving Tentative Tract Map 5664.
On motion by Green, second Gisler, Council ordered a public hearing
for Monday, June 6, 1966, at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as
possible, on the appeal to Tentative Tract Map 5664, and directed
the Clerk to publish notice of same. Motion carried.

The Clerk presented an application for business license from Mrs,
Robert W. Roper, to conduct the business of "The Huntington Beach

On motion by Coen, second Bartlett, Council referred the license
application of Mrs. Roper to the City Administrator for study and
report to Council. Motion carried.
FINAL TRACT MAP 6181
IU5The Clerk resubmitted a transmittal from the Planning Director of
final form of Tract Map #6181 - Doyle Development Company, for
adoption: Subdivider: Doyle Development Company, Incorporated,
Anaheim; Engineer: Voorheis-Trindle-Nelson, Incorporated, Westminster;
Location: North of Heil Avenue and'east of Goldenwest Street; Legal
Description: Being a subdivision of the 10h, NWY4, Section 23-5-11.;
Number of :Lots: 286; Total Acreage: 80.064; that the map has been
certified by the City Engineer and the Secretary to the Planning
Commission to be true and correct in accordance with provisions of
the City Subdivision Code.
The City Council may accept dedication as shown on the map and in
addition approve the Final Map, subject.'to the following conditions:
The City Clerk's signature shall be withheld pending the submittal
and completion on the enumerated requirements:

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY - VAUGHAN - PERSONAL INJURIES

On motion by Coen, second Gisler, a claim for personal injuries
filed by C. E, Parker, Attorney on behalf of Jerry Da Vaughan, for
alleged. damages incurred February 18, 1966, was denied and referred
to the City Attorney and the City`s insurance carrier. Motion carried,
PUBLIC HE',ARING - ZONE CASE 66-18
} Mayor Stewart announced: that this was the day and hour set for a
public hearing on Zone Case 66-18, on property located south of
Slater Avenue 6001 west of Goldenwest Street, and directed the Clerk
to read the legal notice.
The Clerk read notice of public hearing on Zone Case 66-18, as pub-
lished in the Huntington Beach News on May 5, 1966, setting the hour
of 7.30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible. on Monday, the 16th
day of May, 1.966, in the Council Chamber of the Civic Center, Hunt-
ington Beach, California, as the time and place for a public hearing
for the purpose of considering a petition for a change of zone to
regulations of the Districting+Ordinance, from R2 o Family p,esidence
Distr°ib1t, to R1 Single Family Residence District.
The Clerk informed the Council that they had been provided with copies
of the Planning Director's transmittal. and the Resolution of the
Planning Commission, recommending approval of Zone Case 66-18, and
stated that he had received no communications or written protests
to the Zone Case or to the recommendation of the Planning Commissions

Mayor Stewart declared the hearing open.
There being no one present to speak on the matter, and there being
no protests filed, either oral or written, the hearing was closed
by the Mayor.
On motion by Kaufman, second -Green, Council sustained the
recommendation of the Planning'Commission and directed the City
Attorney to prepare an Ordinance effecting the change of zone
in Zone Case 66-18. Motion carried.

Mayor Stewart announced that this was the day and hour set for a
public hearing on Zone Case 66-19, on property located westerly
of Goldenwest Street northerly of Mansion Avenue, and directed
the Clerk to read the legal notice.
The Clerk read notice of public hearing on Zone Case 66-19, as
published in the Huntington Beach News on May 5, 1966, setting
the hour of 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on
Monday the 16th day of May, 1966, in the Council Chamber of the
Civic Center, Huntington Beach, California, as the time and place
for a public hearing for the purpose of considering a petition for
a change of zone to regulations of the Districting Ordinance from
R2-0 Two'Family Residence District, with oil production, to R5--0
Office -Professional District, combined with oil production; and
to revert from R3-0 Limited Multiple Family Residence District,
combined with oil production, and R4-0 (Pre -Zoned) Multiple
Family Residence District, combined with oil production, to the
original County Al Zone, on property located southerly of Garfield
Avenue and easterly of the west line of Section 3-6-11.
The Clerk informed the Council that they had been provided with
copies of the Planning Director's transmittal and the Resolution

side of Springdale Street south of Heil Avenue, and directed the
Clerk io,publish notice of same.
The Clerk read notice of public hearing on Zone Case 66-20, as
published in the Huntington Beach News on May 5, 1966, setting
the'hour of 7:50 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on
Monday, the 16th day of May, 1966, in the Council Chamber of the
Civic Center, Huntington_ Beach, California, as the time and place
for a public hearing for the purpose of considering a petition for
a change of zone to regulations of the Districting Ordinance, from
RA, Residential Agricultural District, to RI Single Family Residence
District.
The Clerk informed the Council that they had been provided with copies
the Planning Director's transmittal and the Resolution of the Planning
Commission recommending approval of Zone Case 66-20, and stated that
he had received no communications or written protests to,the Zone

lic heating on Zone Case 66-21, on property located at the southeast
corner of Hamilton Avenue and Bushard Street, and directed the Clerk
to read the legal notice
The Clerk read notice of public hearing on Zone Case 66-21, as pub-
lished in the Huntington Beach News on May 5, 1966, setting the hour
of 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, on Monday the 16th
day of May, 1966, in the Council Chamber of the Civic Center, Hunt-
ington Beach, California, as the time and place for a public hearing
for the purpose of considering a petition for a change of zone to
regulations of the Districting Ordinance, from RAOResidential Agricul-
tural District to R2" Two Family Residence District.
The Clerk informed the Council that they had been provided with copies
of the Planning Director's transmittal and the Resolution of the

BIDS - STREET LIGHTING STANDARDS - AWARDED SMITH ELECTRIC
The Clerk presented bids for the furnishing and erection of concrete
street lighting standards on California Street, Walnut Avenue, 13th
Street and 14th Street, which had been opened at 9:00 A.M. on Monday,
May 16, 1.966, in the Council Chamber of the Civic Center by the City
Cleric, City Attorney and Director of Public Works, as follows:

A. S. Schulman Electric 5,349 00
Smith Electric Company $ 51093�25
The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works
informing Council that the bids had been reviewed and the bids which
were properly submitted were found to be in order. He reported that
the bid r°ec&ivied from Joslyn Pacific Company was a non -conforming
quotation which was not on the proper form and did not have the
required accompanying bid bond, Mr, Wheeler then recommended that
the contract be :awarded to Smith Electric Supply for their bid in the
amount; of $5,093Q25o
On motion by Green, second Shipley, Council awarded the bid for
furnishing and erection of concrete street lighting standards on
various streets in the City to Smith Electric Company for their bid
in the amount of $5,093.25; rejected all other bids; and authorized
the return of the bid bonds to the unsuccessful bidders upon execu-
tion of the contract. Motion carried.

PUBLIC HEARINGS SET-- 6/6/66
?`'On motion by Kaufman, second Gisler, Council ordered public hearings
on Zone Case 66-23, Code Amendment 66-7 and Code Amendment 66-8 for
Monday, dune 6, 1966, at 7:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible,
and directed the Clerk to publish notice of same. Motion carried.
UV 66-13 - CONDITIONAL EXCEPTION - ARLO DEVELOPMENT CO
The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Planning Commission of
Conditional Exception - UV 66-13 - Arlo Development Company, on
property located southwest of Bushard and Brookhurst Streets, involving
deviations to R2 and R3 Districts and Subdivision Ordinance Code for
planned°residential development - Tentative Tract Map 5664.
On motion by -Bartlett, second Green, Council deferred action on UV
66-13 and directed the Clerk to place same on the Agenda of the meeting
of June 6, 1966, following the public hearing on an appeal to condi-
tions in the granting of Tentative Tract Map 5664. Motion carried.
FINAL TRACT MAP 6209 - HOTEL KINGSWAY OPERATING CO

The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Planning Director, submitting
final form.of Tract Map 6209, a portion of Tentative Tract Map 6147 -
Hotel Kingsway Operating Company for adoption: Subdivider: Hotel
Kingsway Operating Company, Beverly Hills; Engineer: Millet'3 King
and Associates, Fullerton; Location: 905.51 feet south of Edinger
Avenue and 702.00 feet east of Beach Boulevard; Legal Description:
Being a subdivision of a portion of the N%, NW'/ of Section 24-5-11;
Number of Lots: 9; Total Acreage: 3.619; that the map has been
certified by the City Engineer and the Secretary to the Planning
Commission to be true and correct in accordance with provisions of

TERMILATION OF DRILLING BOND - GETTY OIL CO
The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works
recommending termination of Drilling Bond on Harpster No. 1 well,
located on Lots 26 and 28, Block 613.
On motion by Bartlett, second Gisler, Council authorized termination
of Drilling Bond No. 49-22-618 on Getty Oil.Company well Harpster No.
1 in accordance. with Section 2327.1 of the Huntington Beach Ordinance
Code, and directed that the bonding company be notified. Motion
carried.
W,A,TER. ; MAIN PARTICIPATION - "A" STREET

The Clerk presented a recommendation of the Director of Public Works
that the City enter into an agreement on a 50-50 basis.for the
construction of a six inch water main and fire hydrant in "A" Street,
in conjunction with the development of property on Robidoux Avenue
for the McDonald Hambtd:rger Company, at an estimated cost of 82;800.00

On motion by Kaufman, second Green, Council approved the recommendation
of the Director of Public Works and directed the City Attorney and
Public [forks Director to prepate an agreement for City participation
on a 50-50 basis for the installation of a water main in 'A" Street.

TRACT 5523 - SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT - ARGUS HOMES INC

The Clerk presented a transmittal from the Director of Public Works of
a Monument Bond, Agreement -in -lieu of Bond and Subdivision Agreement
.for Tract 5523 - Argus Homes, Incorporated,
On motion by Green, second Gisler, Council accepted Monument Bond No.
3294355 - Hartford Accident & Indemnity Company, approved the Agree-
ment -in -,lieu of Bond and Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5523 - Argus
Homes, Incorporated, and authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
same on behalf of the City. Motion carried.

AHFP #286 - RIGHT-OF-WAY CERTIFICATION - WARDER AVE
The Clerk presented transmittal from the Director of Public Works of
a Right -of -Way Certification on Arterial Highway Financing Project
#286, for the improvement of Warner :Avenue from Pacific Coast Highway
to 3150' easterly.
On motion by Green, second Gisler, Council approved Arterial Highway
Financing Project #286 Right -of -Way Certification, and authorized
the Mayor and City Clerk to execute dame on behalf of the City.
Motion carried.
LADIES MASSAGE & WEIGHT CONTROL PARLOR - BUS LICENSE
On Motion by Coen, second Shipley, Council deferred action on a
business license for Elaine T. Dennison to.opi�rate a Ladies Massage
& Weight Control Parlor within the City, until Ordinance No. 1213
regulating such types of businesses within the City, is adopted.
Motion carried,
HIGHWAY & FREEWAY HEARING - ATTORNEYS OPINION
4.6!The Clerk presented a communication from the City Attorney giving
a legal opinion relative to the interpretation of Section-74a5 of
the Streets and Highways Code, informing Council that until the
matter is clearly defined, public hearings should be held whenever a
local agency or Planning Commission of the City intends to make a
recommendation either for a State highway location by the California
Highway Commission or a route adopted by the Legislature,
On motion by Kaufman, second Gisler, the report from the City Attorney
relative to Highway and Freeway Public Hearings, was received and

MEADOWLARK AIRPORT COMMITTEE REPORT
A report from the Council Meadowlark Airport Committee was read by
Mayor Jake R. Stewart, recommending that the operation of Meadowlark
Airport remain under private enterprise. Mayor Stewart than appointed
a liaison committee consisting of Councilman Green and Councilman Coen
to work with the City Administrator, to give any moral support nec-
essary to the.Meadowlark Flyers Committee.
On motion by Gisler, second Shipley, the Committee Report of the
Meadowlark Airport Committee of the Council, was received and ordered
filed. Motion carried.
WANT -DEED ACCEPTED - PAYMENT AUTH - MONROE
9C The Clerk presented a transmittal from Land Acquisition Service of a
grant deed from Willie Elizabeth Monroe and John L. Monroe for Lot 61,
Block,B, and Lots 18, 36 and 54 in Block A, Tract 281, for the purchase
price of $2,425.00.
On motion by Bartlett, second Gisler, Council accepted the deed from
Willie Elizabeth and John L. Monroe, and directed that it be returned
to Land Acquisition Service for -recording. Motion carried.
On motion by Green, second Bartlett, Council authorized payment to
Willie Elizabeth Xaxiroe and.,J:ohn L. Monroe in'Ithe arooifit��":of,82,425:.00
notified by Land Acquisition Service. Notion carried.
PROPERTY PURCHASE - PMT AUTHORIZED - TALBERT
The Clerk presented a letter from the City Attorney's Office requesting
authorization for payment to Gwendolyn Talbert in the total amount of
$8,010.00 for a portion of Lot 18, Tract 193 - Lots 54, 55 and a portion
of Lots 56 and 59, and the east one half of Lot C, Tract 193, Lot 53
and a portion of Lot 61, Tract 193 - Hamilton Street Storm Water
Pumping Station condemnation.
On motion by Kaufman, second Gisler, Council authorized payment of
$8,010.00 to Gwendolyn Talbert for the above listed property, in
connection with the Hamilton Street Storm 'Wa.t`er Pumping Station
condemnation:- Motion carried.
LANDSCAPING AGREEMENT - RICHARD BIGLER
The Clerk presented an agreement retaining.the services of Richard
Bigler, Landscape Architect, dba "Richards, Incorporated" for a design
concept for the utilization of Southern California Edison Company
right-of-way for park and recreational purposes, for the sum of $800.00.
On motion by Green, second Kaufman, Council approved the agreement
between Richard Bigler and the City for Edison right-of-way park and
recreational landscaping and design, and directed the Mayor and City
Clerk to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City. Motion carried.

FEATHER RIVER PROJECT ASSN - WATER ACTION PROGRAM
The City Administrator informed Council of a communication received
from William E. Moore, Jr. of the Feather River Project Financing
Committee, soliciting a membership contribution in the amount of
$200 for further participation in the Feather River Project Associa-
tion Water Action Program, and recommended approval of same.
On motion by Gisler, second Bartlett, Council approved the recommenda-
tion of the City Administrator and authorized payment in the amount
of $200 for further participation in the Feather River Project
Association Water Action Program. Motion carried.
HB-FV BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT
,,t�-JThe City Administrator informed the Council that the Director of
Public Works and City Administrator of Fountain Valley have discussed
with City staff, possible corporate limit adjustments between both
cities in the area of the Harper Estates Tract north of Garfielld,
suggested that Council instruct the Attorney to prepare a Resolution
requesting said adjustment to the Local Agency Formation Commission.
On motion by Green, second Kaufman, Council directed the City Attorney
to prepare a Resolution to the Local Agency Formation Commission
requesting minor boundary adjustments in the Harper Estates Tract
between the City of Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley. Motion
carried.
PARK PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT —ACCEPTED
The City Administrator informed Council of receipt of a communication
from the Recreation and Parks Commission recommending acceptance by
the City of a donation of four pieces of park equipment from the
Goldenwest Homeowners Association, to be installed in Col. Jack Greer
Park (Brunswick Park), subject to final approval by the Department
of Public Works.
On motion by Bartlett, second Coen, Council accepted the offer of
park playground equipment from the Goldenwest Homeowners Association,
and directed the City Administrator to forward a letter of appre-
ciation for same. Motion carried.

;CITY PARK DEDICATION PROGRAMS
Recreation and Parks Director Norman Worthy addressed the Council, and
presented details of the park dedication programs scheduled for June 7,
1966, at Col. Jack Greer Park, Robert B. Wardlow Park, C. Fred Schroeder
Parr and Earl T. Irby Park. Mr. Worthy requested Council to attend
if possible and that one of them present the dedication address.
WALKWAY ENCROACHMENT - MAIN STREET
The City Administrator informed Council of an encroachment problem
relative to the temporary walkway on the west side of Main Street
north of Mansion Avenue, and presanted a letter of agreement between
the City and Huntdngton Beach Company for execution.
On motion by Gisler, second Bartlett, Council approved the Letter of
Agreement between the City and the Huntington Beach Company, and
authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same on behalf of the
City. Motion carried.
ACQUISITION OF SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY FOR PARKS
The City Administrator presented a recommendation from the Recreation
and Parks Commission that the City acquire approximately six acres of
County property that may be declared surplus in the near future,
located in the vicinity of Taylor Avenue between Goldenwest and Edwards
Streets, including a portion of Lake Huntington.
On motion by Coen, second Kaufman, Council directed the City Administra-
tor to negotiate for the purchase of property for park purposes from
the County of Orange, known as Parcels 1 and 3 of Refuse Disposal
Site No. 14. Motion carried.
,PURCHASE OF SUNSET BEACH-SURFSIDE WATER COMPANY APPROVED
The City Administrator presented an Agreement of Purchase and Sale of
Sunset Beach-Surfside Water Company between the City and Sunset Beach-
Surfside Water Company, for approval of the Council.
On motion by Bartlett, second Coen, Council authorized the purchase of
the Sunset Beach-Surfside Water Company by the City, and directed the
Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreement of Purchase and Sale on
behalf of the City. Motion carried.
AMBUfANCE COMMITTEE REPORT
The City Administrator presented a report of a study made on recommenda-
tions of the Ambulhnce Setirice Committee of the Orange County League of
California Citie-4,.And.,_informed Council that a recommendation would be
submitted in the near future, as the initial study was inconclusive.
STREET LIGHTING - HUNTINGTON CONTINENTAL

" The City Attorney presented a legal opinion regarding payment of the
street lighting bills from date of acceptance to January 1, 1966, for
the Huntington Continental. Townhouse Units #1 and #2, stating that it
was his opinion that the Cty.,should not pay the amount requested as
such payment was not stipulated in the agreements reached, and in any
event, the City should not pay utility costs until properties are
entered on the tax rolls. No action was taken by the Council on this
matter.

FINANCIAL OPERATIONS OF CITY
At Council°s request, the Administrator submitted a report to the
Council on steps necessary to comply with the requirements of the new
Charter in regard to the financial operation of City Departments.
On motion by Coen, second Green, Council accepted the recommendations
as presented by the Administrator, and directed the Administrator to
work with the City Attorney in drafting an Ordinance effecting the
required changes and authorizing the -revision of certain sections of
the Ordinance Code to comply with the new Charter requirements.

FIRE PROTECTION - HUNTINGTON HARBOUR AREA
0 The City Administrator informed the Council of the efforts which had
been made for first run fire service in the Huntington Harbour area
in exchange for fire service by the City in the Bolsa Chica County
area. Mr..Miller recommended that the City lease property near
Huntington Harbour for a temporary Fire Station and requested
directi oif to explore the possibilities and report back to Council.
On motion by Kaufman, second Bartlett, Council directed the City
Administrator to explore the possibilities of leasing property for .9
temporary Fire Station near Huntington Harbour, and report to Council.
Motion carried.
AGENDA.REVIEW REPORT
The City Administrator presented a report submitted by the Committee
of the Council appointed to review the agenda and make recommendation
for the improvement thereof.
On motion by Kaufman, second Coen, Council instructed the City Attorney
to prepare a Resolution implementing the recommendations of the Agenda
Review Committee, and further instructing the City Attorney to prepare
any Ordinances necessary to implement recommended changes of said
Committee. Motion carried.
PLANNING COMMISSION —LIBRARY BOARD APPLICATIONS
On motion by Kaufman, second Shipley, Council directed that all
interested applicants for appointment to the Planning Commission or
the Library Board apply by June lst, and further directed that the
newspapers be notified of same. Motion carried.
BUDDY POPPIE SALES - VFW

1 Mr. John Thomson, 727 Williams Avenue, City, addressed the Council
on behalf of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post #7368, and requested
permission for their organization to sell buddy poppies on the streets
on May 27 and 28, 1966.
On motion by Shipley, second Gisler, Council granted permission to the
Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post #7368, to sell buddy poppies in the
City on May 27th and 28th, 1966. Motion carried.
CARNIVAL - KIDDIE RIDES - ST MON-&,JUDE CHURCH
7 Mr. Dennis V..Dyer, 9122 Crawford Circle, City, addressed the Council
on behalf of St Simon & Jude Catholic Church Men°s Club and requested
permission to hold a kiddie carnival at Fantastic Fair, with fees
waived.
Onmotion by Shipley, second Gisler, Council granted permission to
St.'Simon & Jude Catholic Church Men's Club to hold a kiddie carnival
6n the parking lot at Fantastic Fair under the supervision of the
Police;Department, and subject to the condition that a permit be
obtained from the Fire Marshal and sufficient proof of insurance
with the City named as co-insured be provided. Motion carried.
WATERCO- SUNSET BEACH-SURFSIDE., PROTEST
1 Mr. W. R. Stephenson, 16782 Bay View Drive, Sunset Beach, addressed
the Council on behalf of the Board of Directors of the Sunset Beach
Chamber of Commerce, relative to the purchase by the City of the
Sunset.Beach-Surfside Water Company. Mr. Stephenson r4ad a letter
of protest, and stated that the residents of Sunset Beach wish to
purchase and operate their own Water District.
On motion by Green, second Shipley, the letter of Protest read by
Mr. Stephenson relative tq the purchase by the Lity of the Sunset
Beach-Surfside WaterCompany, was received and ordered filed. Motion

COMMENDATION - RUAL DUARTE - LIFESAVING
On motion by Coen, second Gisler, Council directed the City Attorney
to prepare a Resolution of recognition .for presentation to Huntington
Beach resident Rual Duarte, for saving the life of a swimmer after
hearing a call for help while working on a construction job nearby.
Motion carried.
JUNIOR WOMENS CLUB —PARK DONATION ACCEPTED
On motion by Green, second Gisler, Council accepted a donation for
playground equipment in Murdy Park, in the amount of $400.00 from
the Junior Womens Club, and directed the City Administrator to
forward a letter of appreciation to their Organization. Motion
carried.
INFORMAL MEETINGS
Mayor Stewart called informal meetings of the Council as a Committee -
of -the Whole for Tuesday, May 31, 1966 at 7:00 P.M., and for Monday,
June 6, 1966 at 4:30 P.M., for study sessions.
