Wade To allow a home occupation for the purpose of conducting a real estate business. Located at 912-A England Street and legally described as Lots 13 and 14 of Block 906, Vista Del Mar Tract. The hearing was opened to the audience. There being no one present to speak for or against the matter, the hearing was closed. It was the consensus of the Board that use permits for home occupations could be handled by the License Department because it is a permitted use upon compliance of the conditions of the Ordinance. Further Board discussion followed. A MOTION WAS MADE BY BELSITO AND SECONDED BY FERGUSON TO APPROVE USE PERMIT NO. 67-26 FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON: - 1. This request complies with the ordinance regulating home occupations. ROLL CALL VOTE: AYES: Belsito, Ferguson, Mandrell. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. THE MOTION CARRIED. A FURTHER MOTION WAS MADE BY BELSITO AND SECONDED BY MANDRELL TO PREPARE A CODE AMENDMENT TO HAVE USE PERMITS FOR HOME OCCUPATIONS HANDLED BY THE LICENSE DEPARTMENT. Board of Zoning Adjustments Wednesday, August 2, 1967 COMMUNICATION - Letter from Springdale Shores Realty regarding Tract No. 5525 and 5526. A MOTION WAS MADE BY FERGUSON AND SECONDED BY BELSITO TO RECOMMEND TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT THAT THEY ACT ON THIS MATTER WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: 1. Limit sales to new construction on Tracts 5525 and 5526. 2. Sales office shall conform to the provisions of Proposed Section 9730.25.4, Division 9. 3. Water is available in Springdale and water meter should be set for this use. 4. Variance to Planning Commission is necessary to allow overhead electric service. 5. All other applicable city codes and ordinances shall be complied with. ROLL CALL VOTE AYES: Belsito, Ferguson, Mandrell. NOES: None. ABSENT: None. THE MOTION CARRIED.
