CLAIM NO 17-67 - RUSSELL MYNAH The Clerk presented a claim From Ri4ssell Moynagh for alleged property damages sustai.ned on or about May 26, 1_9 7, due to City construction of Warmer Avenue and Beach Boulevard, On notion by Bartlett, Council denied the claim filed by Russell Moynagh and referred sae to the City Attorney and the ity's Insurance Carrier. I DELETION OF CERTAIN WELLS FROM BLAST BOA The Clerk presented a recommendation of the Oil SLuperintenden.t. that wells "Derigo Wood #1", "proper #1", "Sanders #l", "This #VT, ,and "Catholic Welfare #1" be deleted from the Atlantic Oil Company * Fidelity and Deposit Blanket Bond No. 8037594, as all conditions for cleanup have been complied with. On motion by Bartlett, Council ,authorized the deletion of said walla from Blanket Bond. No. 8037594, and directed the Oil Superintendent to notify the Bonding Company. He requested information on whether the City could intercede in the pricing of homes by the developers in the City. lie told the Council that he felt the homes in the Lyon Development were being priced too low -in comparison with the other homes in the area. Mr. Osterlund was informed that the City could do nothing with this type of situation. S°TAN CAMMER - PA ALQN BUILDING Mr. Stan Camay, :lessee of the Pavalon Building, addressed the Council and requested advice on the construction of the overhang on the east end of the Pavelon Building. Mr. Lam er was requested to be present at the meeting on, Tuesday night to discuss the problem. ?Ri ROTEST - EL .NOR GIBBS PARKER Mrs. Eleanor Gibbs <Parker, 7831 Ellis Avenue, City, addressed the Council and complained about the property development situation and taxes in Huntington Beach, in relation to the property she owns downtown and at the Five Points Area.
