STAFF REPORTS"AND AGENDA DATA
The Commission discussed the
staff reports and agenda data they receive and it was their
consensus that they were sufficiently informative and well
structured.
They also discussed Subdivision
Committee Reports and graphics. The Commission felt it was not
necessary to receive staff_ reports prior to the meeting since it
prevented them from being objective in their analysis.
The Commission felt that a
vicinity map, similar to what they receive at the meeting, be
mailed to them to be used when they go into the field to view
the area.
SUBDIVISION STANDARDS
Considerable discussion was
held concerning subdivision standards.
It was decided that a tour of
subdivisions be made by the Commission in order to observe some
of the standards being incorporated into the revised subdivision -
ordinance.
